David is an experienced and very capable commercially aware surveyor with over 30 years’ experience of working to the highest standards on both professional consultancy and client sides of the construction industry.

 

Has a proven track record of ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard, within budget and on time by effectively organising and managing internal and external resources.

 

Has headed teams on projects covering many aspects of the construction industry including new build, conversion and refurbishment works in many sectors including residential, office, commercial and education including student accommodation with values ranging from a few thousand pounds to schemes in excess of £100m.

 

Is a proactive individual and works well within a team but equally is accustomed to working on his own initiative.
